I have been searching high and low for good sea food recipes. I am from the midwest, but my husband is from New Jersey, so he is used to eating a lot of fish.
I have absolutely no experience cooking it and even less experience eating it (unless you count fish sticks!) I am not a big fan of fish with a strong taste and I am completely baffled by things like shrimp and lobster.
Where should I start? I need some simple, easy to fix recipes, for beginners, that will impress, as well as surprise, my husband.
This recipe with shrimp was delicious. I will definitely enjoy making it again.
My family loved it. The lime was especially great.
I like eating shrimp and seafood and I will be grateful if someone has the ability to cook this food.
I found this recipe online and I will share it with my friends. One complaint, however, I did not enjoy the addition of peanuts to this shrimp recipe.
I opine that the inclusion of peanuts has been erroneous for they have destroyed the texture of the dish.
Next time I prepare this shrimp recipe, I will leave out the peanuts. Other than that, it was truly excellent.
The children played as we watched seated in the swing on the porch
We packed and left as soon as we noticed the bad weather had broken into sunshine for a while.
On the giant red shiny oval disc they piled themselves, ready for the shove that meant a thrill ride would follow.
Seeing such happy tiny faces crammed together looking up at me caused me to pause and comment to Michael, ‘now doesn’t that look like the yummiest shrimp salad ever?’. Let’s hope such fun days are plentiful this winter. Cooking is always alot of fun – especially when you do it with your entire family.
