    Children can be the most decisive people in the universe. They won’t eat something when they don’t want to but they will binge on stuff they love. For some, a childhood favorite can go all the way to adulthood.

    You can make eating real fun for your kids, even with healthy foods. Starting them young with fruits, vegetables, whole grains and other nutritious servings is the idea. However, it’s never too late to be healthy. Habit is formed regardless of age. So preparing healthy snacks for your 4-year old can also be for your 12-year old. Focus on how to make them eat the healthy way.

    Be creative in cooking for your children. Matching a veggie with a tasty flavor like peanut butter and mixing fruits with a sprinkle of nuts are inviting. Food coloring can magically transform any food. They then will enjoy real happy meals.
